We are a contemporary, Christ-centered, community based A/G church.

Children's Pastor Position
Christian Life Fellowship in Mayville, Wisconsin is looking for a passionate individual to lead our growing children's ministry.
We are a church located in a bedroom community of 5,000 with over 20,000 within a twenty mile radius. Our average Sunday morning attendance is 180. Our mid-week children's and teen programs reach over 130 combined.
Pastor David Koch has faithfully served as lead pastor for over seven years. The associate/youth pastor has been on staff for over 3 & 1/2 years. The staff enjoys a laid back, supportive and team-oriented approach to serving our church.
Qualifications
The individual we are looking for should possess these qualifications:
- A passion for and commitment to the development of children and a clear call into children's ministry.
- A degree in Children's ministry.
- Organizational and scheduling skills.
- Leadership qualities including the ability to build a team.
- Ability to plan and develop curriculum.
- The ability to manage the ministry within the goals and vision of the church, including the ability to take direction.
- Have doctrinal beliefs that agree with and support Assemblies of God doctrines.
Responsibilities Of The Position
- Lead Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Children's services.
- Plan and lead various annual children's events like a Kids super week and Fall festivals.
- Attend weekly staff meetings.
- Fulfill your responsibilities to the satisfaction of the Lead Pastor.
Compensation Package
This is a part time position
Starting salary will be $200 a week.
